Complimentary delivery on every order Every Pawdignity order is delivered free of charge to every destination we serve.

Where we deliver The United States, Canada, all 27 member states of the European Union, and the United Arab Emirates.

Creation time Each piece is made to order with care. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your artwork to be created and prepared for dispatch.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch) - United States: 3 to 8 business days - Canada: 5 to 12 business days - European Union: 5 to 12 business days - United Arab Emirates: 7 to 15 business days These timings are estimates. Peak seasons and customs clearance may occasionally extend them.

Tracking As soon as your piece is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details.

Customs and duties International orders may pass through customs. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the recipient's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Delivery address Please review your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, write to us immediately so we can correct it before dispatch. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
