Welcome to PawDignity ("we," "us," "our"). By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. Products. We sell custom, made-to-order pet portraits and related printed products. Product images and mockups are illustrative. Slight variations in color, framing, and finish can occur between screens and the printed product, and are not considered defects.

2. Pricing & payment. All prices are listed in [ AED or your local currency depending on your country ] and may change without notice. Payment is taken in full at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

3. Photos you upload — your responsibility and your rights. By uploading a photo, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. You grant us a limited license to use, edit, and reproduce your photo solely to create and fulfil your order. We do not sell your photos or use them for anything else without your permission.

4. Our designs. All artwork, templates, costumes, and designs we create remain our intellectual property. You receive them for your personal use in the product you purchased; you may not resell or commercially reproduce them.

5. Acceptable use. You agree not to submit unlawful, offensive, or infringing content, or to misuse the site.

6. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
